Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be fully happy with your Turionics ticker. This page explains how our 30-day return policy works in plain language — the same policy is also stated in our Terms and Conditions.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You can return your Turionics device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no reason needed. The device must be in good condition, with all original accessories (USB-C cable, desk stand) and packaging. Contact [email protected] to start a return — we’ll reply with instructions.

EU Customers: Your Legal Right to Cancel

If you’re an EU consumer, you also have a separate legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. This right exists alongside — and is more limited than — our own 30-day policy above, which we offer to every customer we ship to.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is free for EU customers. For other regions, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll work out the best, most cost-effective solution based on your location.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your device arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos as soon as possible. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you — you won’t need to pay for return shipping in this case.

How Refunds Are Processed

Once we receive and inspect your returned device, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (card, PayPal, etc.) and typically appear within a few business days, though your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post it.

Warranty (Separate From Returns)

Every Turionics device also comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, separate from the 30-day return window above. This does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modification. To make a warranty claim after the return window has passed, contact [email protected].
