These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made on turionics.com (“Turionics”, “we”, “us”). Turionics is operated by Valentine, based in Warsaw, Poland (EU). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Who We Are

Turionics is a small, independent hardware business run by one person — Valentine — designing, assembling, and shipping crypto price ticker displays from Warsaw, Poland. Turionics is a trading name, not a separate registered company; contracts are entered into with Valentine as an individual.

2. Products & Pricing

We sell Turionics LED price ticker displays in Green, Red, and Blue variants. Prices shown on the site are in EUR (or your selected display currency) and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before an order is confirmed.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed through our checkout and processed via Stripe and PayPal. We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and (where available) local payment methods such as iDEAL, Bancontact, Przelewy24, and EPS. Your contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email.

4. Shipping & Delivery

All devices are shipped free of charge from our workshop in Poland (EU) to the countries we currently sell to — see the full, up-to-date list on our Shipping FAQ or at checkout. Typical delivery times: supported EU countries — up to 10 business days; United States — up to 15 business days; other supported countries — up to 20 business days. These are estimates, not guarantees; delays with couriers or customs are outside our control.

5. Your Right to Cancel (EU Distance Selling)

If you are an EU consumer, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. To exercise this right, contact [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. You will need to return the device at your own cost (unless it arrived faulty or damaged), and we will refund your payment within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

This legal right exists alongside — and is more limited than — our own 30-day return policy below, which we offer to every customer regardless of location.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery, to every customer we ship to. The device must be in good condition with all original accessories and packaging. Contact [email protected] to start a return. Return shipping is free for EU customers; for other regions, contact us and we’ll work out the best solution for your location.

If your device arrives damaged or defective, contact us with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

7. Warranty

Every Turionics device comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modification. To make a warranty claim, contact [email protected].

8. Product Use

Turionics devices display cryptocurrency price data sourced from the Binance public API for informational purposes only. Prices shown may be delayed or occasionally inaccurate due to factors outside our control (network issues, API availability, etc.). Turionics is not a financial tool and should not be used as the sole basis for any trading or investment decision.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from reliance on price data displayed on the device.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on turionics.com — including product designs, photography, and text — belongs to Turionics/Valentine and may not be reproduced without permission.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are an EU consumer, you can also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr to raise a complaint.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
