What Data We Collect
- Order & shipping information: name, shipping/billing address, email, phone number, and order contents, collected at checkout to fulfill your order.
- Payment information: processed directly by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your full card details on our own servers.
- Newsletter email: collected only if you opt in via our signup form, used to send product updates and occasional offers.
- Account information: if you create an account, your order history and saved details.
- Support communications: anything you send us via email or our contact form, kept to respond to and resolve your request.
- Basic technical data: standard server logs and cookies needed to operate the store and shopping cart (see Cookies below).
Why We Process Your Data
- To fulfil your order — processing payment, shipping your device, and providing support (contractual necessity).
- To send you the newsletter — only if you explicitly opted in (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
- To comply with legal obligations — such as tax and accounting record-keeping.
- To keep the store secure and working properly — legitimate interest in preventing fraud and operating the site.
Who We Share Data With
We don’t sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the store:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Shipping carriers — to deliver your order.
- Our hosting and email infrastructure providers — to run the website and send order/account emails.
Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy terms and only for the purpose we’ve engaged them for.
How Long We Keep Your Data
Order records are kept as long as required by applicable tax and accounting law. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. You can request earlier deletion of data we’re not legally required to retain — see “Your Rights” below.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to operate the shopping cart and checkout, plus a cookie-consent tool that lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your preference at any time via the cookie settings shown on the site.
Your Rights (GDPR)
As an EU resident, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (where we’re not legally required to keep it)
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw newsletter consent at any time (every email includes an unsubscribe link)
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Poland, the Urząd Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO).
